Work-Out is designed to be intuitive so you can get started with strength training in just a few minutes. Select a body part to exercise, such as legs, back, arms, etc. Work-Out comes with default exercises that can help you get started right away, or you can enter your own. (Press the info button to read a description of how to perform the exercise.) When ready, enter the amount of weight and reps to log your workout.
You can save frequently used exercises to your favorites to make up a routine. Work-Out also graphs your progress for each exercise so you can easily see your improvement over the last 3-90 days.
Ever workout with a friend? Work-Out provides the ability to keep track of different users on the same device, so there is no need for both workout buddies to buy the app!
